Tim Williams, founder and operator of Tim Williams, Inc., obtained his Class-B State Certified Air Conditioning License in May of 1988 graduating at the top of his class with a grade point of 94.25.
Tim established and opened his company in May of 1988 - serving the Southwest Florida area. His company has been involved with local builders in many residential projects providing and designing HVAC systems in newly constructed homes. His company provided residential HVAC services to such projects as Glen Eagle, Royal Wood, Royal Villas, Crown Pointe, Villas at Greenwood, Ibis Cove, Tuscany Cove, Villas at Mandalay, Bridgewater Bay, Heritage Greens, Flamingo Fairways to mention a few. Commercial applications have included restaurants, clubhouses, churches, shelters, day care facilities, pro-shops, clothing stores, banks in addition to tenant build-outs.
Over the years his company has grown by simply providing trusted quality service.
